Andre Labuschagne
With over a decade of experience in technology and cybersecurity, Andre leads Solana’s strategic growth through a deep understanding of digital transformation and market leadership. Having worked with global financial institutions on ESG initiatives, he operates at the intersection of finance, technology, and energy — guiding Solana’s expansion into South Africa’s evolving independent power producer landscape.
Our Technical Team
Our Project Manager, has nearly 10 years of experience in the C&I Solar PV industry with over 20MWp of installations, driven by a strong focus on safety and quality.
Specialist in designing, installing and commissioning systems with 16 years in the industry.
3 Phase IE Specialist in the Electrical Industry with experience as Electrical Fitter, Signals Technician as well as Stock Electrical. With 50 year experience in the industry.
Our Office Team
Our Office Administrator has over 8 years of experience in the electrical industry. They ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from client communication to project coordination.
Procurement Manager with over 15 years of experience across the automotive, food, and retail industries.
Marietjie has worked as a bookkeeper for over 25 years. Her focus is on payrolls and bookkeeping up to trial balance.
With over 24 years of legal experience, she has focused on labour relations and employment law since 2014.
